RM Color Clear (RMCC)

Currently, the program is about 70 percent complete, and development has been halted. In order to complete the project, I would need to work on the following. It is most likely that if I ever to return to this project, I will port it over to java so that it can be platform independent.
- High-score Table
- Animate or change appearance of what would be cleared if the user should click
- Ability to start on any level from menu selection
- Various UI adjustments/fixes/additions including using standard windows buttons
